"The hotel was a great find. It's easy to get to everything local, it's clean, and we found it nice and quiet on the weekend (no football game that day). The breakfast was decent, especially the self serve waffle maker, and coffee was plentiful. On top of this, I made a mistake with one of our room types and the staff were happy to help. Finally, the UMass campus was beautiful, set in the best of this year's fall foliage."

"Had the pleasure of meeting Christina (the owner). She was incredibly hospitable and kind. She gave us a little history of the sheep on the property.
The cottage and village are beautiful. The attention to details of the decor was amazing. Quiet place, beautiful scenery, wonderful staff, clean, comfy cottage. I hope to return in the near future."

"A one-night stay. It had everything we needed. Not fancy, but it was all there, clean and bright. It is right next to the Interstate, but we could not hear any road traffic, so for the win. The morning breakfast scene is complete. The staff was very polite and accommodating."

"The property was clean and well-maintained. Convenient to downtown and ample parking. I made the booking for my elderly parent, and there was no grab bar in the shower, and the toilet was so low to the ground it was difficult for her to use. The staff was friendly, but the communication at the desk was poor and my mother never received a critical wake up call, although THREE people assured me she would."
