"Wi-Fi was incredibly weak. I was unable - after several attempts - to register for free Wi-Fi with my the assigned Marriott account. The result was a 6.95/day charge - which I will dispute. The staff tried to assist but, the app still would not connect. Further, YouTube would open with no volume. However after several attempts (again), the volume finally appeared. This is my only valid gripe - inadequate internet connection. The staff was wonderful despite the circumstances. "

"I really enjoyed the property itself; it’s very well-kept and perfectly situated near the great shops and restaurants of the Bishop Arts District. The outdoor area is a lovely highlight and would be a fantastic spot during the summer months. Jerry the Hotel Manager was super friendly.

It’s obvious that they are under new management. This used to be a nice clean reasonably comfortable hotel.
The room was clean. But there seemed to be an issue with the AC and the halls and rooms were very humid.
Had to ask for creamer for coffee two days in a row. None on coffee bar at any time.
The part that gets them a 0 stars is after one night there, we left to go to a better hotel.
