"Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. Ultimately, the room had a beautiful view. The waiting staff were welcoming, friendly and also...

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer stand uns schon um 09:00 zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Tischdeko, Glückwünsche und das Glas Prosecco zum Geburtstag meines Freundes. Er hat sich sehr gefreut darüber. Der einzige 0.5 Minuspunkt war, dass das Zimmer, in der Nacht nicht völlig abgedunkelt werden konnte. Ich brauche absolute dunkelheit, damit ich schlafen kann. Leider hatte ich meine Schlafmaske vergessen, was mein Fehler war....

"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."
