Best in town

Came in for Alabama Orientation with my son. The staff at the front desk, valet, and especially the bellman were memorably wonderful and friendly. The decor was is darling and the rooms were nice and well appointed. Loved our stay there!

From the moment we pulled into valet, to check in and beyond, everything was wonderful! The staff, the beautiful interior, the vibe, the rooms, the bathroom, I could go on! We will definitely be staying there again! There for a college visit, and the lovely woman at check in was so fun and engaging. We will be booking there every time we visit our daughter at college!

Quant, clean hotel

Great, clean quant hotel. Close to restaurants , coffee & good proximity to university. Comfortsble beds & the lobby smelled amazing. Nice rooftop to sit & enjoy morning coffee.

This is a beautiful hotel and the amenities are top notch. My complaints are minor - my room was cleaned daily but they did not take away my used coffee cups or replenish the in-room coffee or clean the vanities counter tops. Also the restaurant food was really good but our waiter did not bring wine glasses when we ordered a bottle of wine, forgot the water glasses and then forgot the silverware when the food came. We had to ask for all these as he didn’t notice. Once we received the bottle, he measured the pours which made me think he was in training.

The only word to describe this hotel is elegant. The decor is simple and clean, the staff are well mannered and helpful and the rooms are clean and well designed. The location is also perfect. I loved everything about the hotel. I will be back!

Property had no hot water. Called the front desk they said it was working. Come to find out dozens of guests had complained. They did nothing to rectify situation and they are supposed to be a top hotel in Tuscaloosa. Very disappointed
