"I rented this place to explore the Sarasota/ Lido Beach area and although it’s 15 mins from beaches, it was an amazing stay. The place was extremely clean, spacious and even offered free hot breakfast. You can’t ask for more when traveling with kids."

"Our initial room provided had a broken window. On a ground floor. The only remaining room was an accessible room, was musty and dank. The bathroom was deplorable. Staff was apologetic and extremely helpful. We were very happy to only be there one night."

I was told by staff at the front desk that a manager would call me and comp the room (he called the manager while in a meeting). I called a week later and the manager claims he knows nothing of what I'm talking about and said they have to talk to the employee first. No apology, nothing. "The room was very nice and clean. Patio area was nice except that there were so many ants. I actually got bit by one. Maybe need to have a pest control company to spray the property to control them. The property staff was very nice and friendly. We didn’t mind the geikos soo many on the property that one actually was hiding in the hole at the doorway."
