"First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. There was only one hiccup though that the washing machine developed a fault which then took out the cold water supply, but these things happen. We'd definitely stay again, thank you."

"Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. "Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, Flure, Fahrstuhl und Lounge insgesamt sehr bedrückend. Das Hotel hat auch keine Klimaanlage. Die Luft ist ingesamt auch sehr schlecht. Des Weiteren ist es sehr hellhörig."

"We loved our stay here, in The Highgrove Suite. It was perfect for family of 5. We kept commenting on how spacious it was, how nice the bathrooms were, everything so clean, and so great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer so that we didn’t have to pack as much! The staff were very kind and helpful and the 24hr staffing was very reassuring. It was so convenient to the Earls Court tube station and we quickly learned how to navigate the city. "Mi estancia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. A nuestra llegada se nos asignó una habitación ocupada, lo que obligó a un primer cambio. Después fuimos trasladados a la habitación 106, que presentaba graves deficiencias de limpieza e higiene. Tuvimos que comprar lejía y paños para limpiar nosotros mismos el baño y otras zonas, y aun así la habitación resultaba prácticamente inhabitable. Durante la estancia sufrí una reacción alérgica. "The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."
