"Just a bunch of unemotional staff. Always felt kine just another nimber or at times a burden to the staff. Shuttle drivers were great! Everyone else was terrible. Restaurant was iver priced and staff was not friendly. Rooms were very clean."

"We enjoyed our stay and was impressed with the many amenities to accommodate our family needs. Staff was very friendly and thoughtful especially at breakfast. Not a complaint, but we did notice that the dishes were dirty looking/feeling upon arrival, so we ran a cycle, and it did not change. Maybe replace the ceramic dishes. Also, it would help to have at least one pan and one pot to be able to cook light meals. To avoid any slips or falls, it would be good to salt the parking lot which had many patches of ice. Overall I would highly recommend the GrandStay and look forward to returning in the future."

"Great location and pool is good for kids. Hot tub was closed for repair. Three towels in bathroom even for 4 guests. Was able to get more by texting. Breakfast is available for purchase. Parking is $10 per night. Not the greatest place, but it is good for family fun next to the Mall. "

"The breakfast offered is very minimal. Pkgs of coffee cakes, donuts and honeybuns. Coffee and hot chocolate. That’s it. Eat up! 😃"

"This must be a newer facility, the rooms were very clean, hallways didnt smell, fridge worked great and no mold or spots in the bathroom. No hot breakfast during my stay (staff said that was coming soon), but plenty of options that were suitable. Check in/out staff persons I spoke to were very nice and pleasant to chat with."
