"The hotel is beautiful, huge, and has everything you need. Very clean, the beds and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. We had an issue that arose during our stay and the owners were quick to respond and address the issue and help in any way they could. Amazing customer service. Also the check in and out was easy and it felt very secure. Would stay again. "

"The room was clean enough, but the ac did not work properly. It wasn’t able to be adjusted from our room. The bed was awful. Way too soft to be comfortable and it sank in the middle. Our room adjoined another that had kids in it and was right across from the elevator. I will not recommend this hotel or stay here again."

Klimaanlage sehr laut, kann nur durch trennen des Netzsteckers ganz zum schweigen gebracht werden.
Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug ist sehr laut. Sonst ruhige Lage des Hotels.
Bett war bequem. Zimmer könnte ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen und generell eine Frischzellenkur vertragen. Insgesamt aber sauber und großzügig."

"The staff was great. Very nice location right on the Charleston Harbor. The hotel is showing its age. Sloppy paint work on walls with overlap on to the tile. Dirty/dusty HVAC vents. The bathroom sink was practically clogged and drained very slowly. The room AC turns on and off frequently and is very loud."

"We stayed 5 days. Room service only came by once when we asked them to change the towels, otherwise we had no room service. The phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t even call to tell the front desk there was a problem. There is no vaping in the room. I hit my vape one time and we got a text on our phone saying they detected smoke. Lots of rules. Unkept property."

"Beautiful boutique hotel, such a great vibe! Excellent location with walking distance to all the shops and restaurants & waterfront. Staff is super nice and helpful! "The hotel is average it looks nice but lacks the basics. For example it requires 3 switches to turn on one light in the bathroom. The TV only has two channels that come in clear and the parking lot lights are mostly non working.if you bring these things to stay staff The only thing they say is they "don't know" The staff are more geared toward supporting locals and rude to guests. For the cost stay elsewhere."

"The room was nicely prepared by the staff for our anniversary weekend. The food in the restaurant was good, but seemed overpriced (it could have been included in the stay). Our suite had a hot tub, and it was older and not in the best condition, but it functioned properly. Staff was excellent and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable."
