"Everything was good but the phone didn’t work in the room. Being disabled that can be a problem. Other than that staff was super nice and helpful and the property was clean and updated. And the food was really good at the cutting board restaurant. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They charged cash deposit and kept it claiming that I damaged an already old and BLOODY BLANKET. those blankets are so cheap but yet I was charged department store prices for something out of a discount store. Lots of homelessness and drug dealers that roam the property as well "

"This is the absolutely cutest hotel. It's not too far of a walk to the downtown and they have a very cool classy 70s aesthetics. In the lobby, they have complementary coffee, tea and water, as well as some video games and comfy couches and the rooms are comfortable."

"Property is a little older so not easy to get really clean. Breakfast was good and most staff was friendly and accommodating. I recommend putting your things away each day. We had some clothing taken with the dirty towels and they were unable to find it. They did nothing to help. "

"The corner suite was magnificent. It was clean and had plenty of space for my family to wind down for the weekend. The views were pretty good but the trees were a bit overgrown (probably from the wet winter) so it was a little difficult to see the lake. The staff was amazing (Frances and Michelle assisted with check in and check out). They were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Jenna was great as well! The outdoor area by the pool was very nice and it was great seeing all the other families spending quality time together too. They had a movie room and we watched Shrek. We didn’t get to use the spa but definitely will give it a shot next time. The close proximity to the Village was wonderful. About a 3 minute walk. We were able to grab dinner at the lake front restaurant and get breakfast at McDonald’s before we hit the road in the morning. The Stater Bros was so good to have. We were able to grab some snacks for the kids and a bottle or two to enjoy on the balcony at night. The housekeepers were so kind and did a great job as well. Beds were very comfortable too. On to the only negative: The game room could use some improvement or additional machines. The change machine was broken and there was no change on site. We had to walk to the Stater Bros to get change (slightly inconvenient but really not that big of a deal)"

"The room service was excellent. But when I received my dinner food it was cold and my grilled cheese sandwich cheese was melted out of the bread on to to the plate. Suggestion, do not stand the sandwich halves up lay them to the side. I was very unhappy about my dinner. Other than that my stay was awesome the resort is excellent."
