"The courtyard noise at night is quite loud and disruptive. If you are in a back bedroom it might be ok but the pullout sofa was very loud each night. Also by far the worst pullout mattress I’ve ever slept on. I had to layer three towels down just so that the springs weren’t digging into my body. Property and breakfast were nice though"
