"Everything about our stay was excellent. Our room was upgraded as it was my husband's 75th birthday and they had left a big bar of chocolate with a greeting in our lovely room. The huge bed and pillows were comfortable, the huge bath towels soft and complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the minibar. Everything was spotless. Food at the Savoy Grill was absolutely delicious and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. A most memorable stay."

"We had a great time in a huge 1-bedroom perfectly located to get us to both The Globe & the Barbican (& Covent Garden) in about 10-20 minutes walk each way. The staff was great but we did have a few small issues — a fire alarm went off two mornings in a row; we couldn’t turn off the unit’s heat; no one seemed to tidy the room or change the towels even after a full week’s stay. But the people at the front desk were lovely and ultimately I am fairly certain we will be staying here again. Gorgeous...

"I loved this boutique hotel. You must enjoy the roof Terrace restaurant. I didn’t even know about it until my last day. The area around there can be a little sketchy late at night, so might not be best for people who aren’t used to a city, but my 15-year-old daughter and I felt comfortable there together. The place is beautiful, beautifully appointed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop downstairs is a lovely touch."
