The room was not clean. The floors would leave our feet black after getting out of the shower. The bathroom had someone elses hair in it prior to us using it. The bathroom door needs repair, it's difficult to close. The bedframe needs to be tightened ,any movement made loud noise, the TV had maybe 10 channels, the noise level from the room south of us was bad. I could hear their conversations, even their watch alarm that went off for long periods of time and multiple times. We took the do not disturb off on Saturday assuming the room would be cleaned and we'd get fresh towels, neithee happened. Their was a live cockroach in our room. The breakfast was not handled well. They have 2 waffle irons. 1 the batter stuck EVERY time. So they were down to one. We asked for cooking spray" they were waiting on a truck" , they also had tissue out instead of napkins, and the cleaning staff came in for breakfast and made their coffee whole the area was fairly busy with guests. It felt unprofessional to me and with the lack of cleanliness overall it upset me honestly. People work for their money and to stay somewhere that you can't sleep well due to noise and paranoia about bed bugs etc. They need to do better. The staff was very friendly, the location is good. But otherwise much room for improvement

The pool is closed over Memorial Day Weekend. The phone in room broke. Ice machine broke. Grounds unkempt. Curtain broke. Room is clean. Came here because no power at home because of tornado and no power. Was really really looking forward to the pool!!!

We had multiple cockroaches come into the room, no washing machine or dryer. However, the staff were perfect.

Check in was delayed at least an hour because of computer issues; The room was amazing unclean - floors hand dirt and debris against walls; door was crooked; the bed was comfortable, though. Moved to a different motel next morning.

All our sheets did not appear to be cleaned. 1 comforter was yellow and brown like it hadn’t ever been washed. Other comforter had dark stains all over. Same goes for pillows and sheets. We ended up having to use our pillows and blankets. Very dirty place.

Upon entering there was a overwhelming unpleasant cleansing chemical ordor. I open the door to let it air out. Also the Bathroom floor needed Mopping because there was a stains in front of commode and hair on the floors. Also there is no vent in the toilet to move ordors

The hotel itself was ok for the price of hotels these days. The amenities were ok nothing special. I would have liked the towels to be better. The continental breakfast was lacking alot to be desired!

The room I was provided with was not clean at all. The bathroom was even worse; the toilet was dirty, and the sink had grime buildup around the edges.

Nasty, Dirty and worn out hotel.
Since the hotel group was taken over by Wyndham, the cleanliness, the service, and everything about the place has gone downhill. We used to go to La Quinta very frequently, but we are sorely disappointed since Wyndham took over. We will not be coming back.

The folks at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent looking however, there were a lot of roaches of varying sizes and road noise that made it hard to sleep.

We didn't like anything. As soon as we walked in and sat down, we saw a roach crawling down the wall, the bedspreads were filthy, the valance on the window was about to fall off, the refrigerator was disgusting! The night clerk was very nice and tried to get us another room, but that one was also filthy.

The first room. Someone pooped in the toilet and didn't flush. the heater didn't work and neither did the phone. the second room. looked clean but we saw 2 roaches , the refrigerator was broken and the plug above the night stand didn't work and the hot water was luke warm at best.
