"Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though"

"There was lots of ants through the hotel we had to switch rooms Because they were on our bed our food everywhere and also in the pool area everywhere and in th breakfast area during breakfast they need to get the property sprayers in and outside."

"Would have rated this higher except that there were a couple of times that I smelled cigarette smoke near the entrance due to workers smoking right outside the front door (one time I saw the worker, the other time it seemed that way but I didn't see it, just could smell it by the breakfast area). Would suggest not allowing workers to smoke that close to the entrance. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express & Suites and probably the main reason is due to how smoke-free they keep their hotels."

"The property was exceptionally clean, and the room had a fresh, pleasant scent. The environment was good and conducive to rest, with minimal noise throughout my stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the convenient location—directly across from Walmart—added to the overall positive experience. I would gladly choose to stay here again on future visits to Ohio."

"The barn door on the bathroom is very poor design. It offers no privacy to the user of the bathroom as everything going on in the bathroom is clearly audible to anyone outside of the bathroom. And vice versa. Seems like form over function. Everything else was very nice."

"My king bed room was fine. It’s just the rest of the place that looks a bit worn. There are big rig trucks parked on one side of the hotel, and when I got there, someone was blasting music while cleaning out his car and the people next to him were grilling in the parking lot. The common spaces smelled a bit of cigarettes and there isn’t an elevator to the second floor. The vibe didn’t make me feel totally comfortable but I was fine once in the room. It was clean and quiet."

"I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. Finally I saw 2 keys on the counter with my name and explained I believed those were for me. I had reserved 2 rooms. The 1st room had a broken flusher on the toilet.
