"Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though"

"Would have rated this higher except that there were a couple of times that I smelled cigarette smoke near the entrance due to workers smoking right outside the front door (one time I saw the worker, the other time it seemed that way but I didn't see it, just could smell it by the breakfast area). Would suggest not allowing workers to smoke that close to the entrance. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express & Suites and probably the main reason is due to how smoke-free they keep their hotels."

"I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. "Our son attended CCM so this was a common destination for us when visiting. We have stayed multiple times, this being our last trip. The hotel is a short walk right up the hill from CCM, with a variety of restaurants close by and a mini target next door. The facilities are always clean & everyone is always friendly! "Our room was very clean as was the lobby, the elevator could have used a wipe down but otherwise everything was clean & welcoming. The staff was very prompt and helpful, profession & courteous.
