"Room was very clean & roomy. Breakfast the first day was good, but the fried egg the second day was pretty rubbery, not at all appetizing. The breakfast patty overcooked a bit. Pastry selection was pretty picked over and I was there by 7:30."

"The restaurant/ bar served excellent food.
Only problem was there was no hot water for showers/bath for 3 days during my stay.
I let them know when I was checking out and they eventually gave me a discount, but only after a lengthy conversation.
They questioned me as to why I hadn’t reported it. I explained that I didn’t because a man was working on it outside my room and told me it would be fixed that day so I obviously assumed they knew about it !"

"The beautiful old hotel did not live up to our expectations. While it is gorgeous in the lobby, we found our room to be lack luster. Bathrooms in need of an overhaul, air in the room was hot and stagnant. No mini fridge or real storage.. the closet in our room had one old looking robe and one other additional hanger.
Unfortunately, I will not be stay at this hotel again BUT I will be back for the Ten Spa which was incredible."
