When I went down to the front desk to get new ones and then get back to the room where my husband was waiting he told me somebody was in the room. I sat there and listened for a minute and somebody definitely was already occupying the room. So I had to go back down to the front desk and get a new room assigned. That was 20 minutes of wasted time and I had dinner reservation coming up. Oh and also there is some sort of Club or...

I called the property to discuss this and was told by the front desk that I would need to make a written request to a manager, to whom they provided me an email address. I emailed the provided address 2.5 weeks ago with my partial refund request and attached my reservation confirmation and receipt showing the overcharge....

"I absolutely ADORE this hotel. A D O R E. I travel to FC almost monthly and always try to book this hotel bc it's my absolutely favorite place. Love it. Interestingly, it wasn't until my most recent visit I realized/discovered parking is $10/night. Seem perhaps ALL the previous check in's it wasn't specifically mentioned to me and I didn't bother to exam my receipt closely. It was on this last visit at the end of Sept it was verbally said to me and it really surprised me. ALL THESE TIMES I...
