"Long chaotic check in process, no explanation of how anything at the property worked (first time great wolf lodge guests). Charged me for pool towels after check out, despite not being told the towels had to be left at the pool. High school kids working the towel stands that gave no instruction and clearly hated their job. Charged multiple fees after check out with no itemized receipts and no reason given for charges. We booked an overnight room and left 2 hours after check in. We didn’t sleep...

Loud teenagers playing games in the hallways until midnight. Front desk lady was super annoyed when I asked for towels, and when I asked her if...
