"This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

Despite this, housekeeping knocked on our door multiple times around 10:30 AM asking us to leave because their records did not show the late checkout. "The hotel was very clean and staff were very accommodating. Parking was $32 per day extra, and the WiFi was put all weekend which meant that besides internet service there was no TV available."

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"The staff was great! They were friendly, helpful and it was clear they believe in top notch hospitality. We were disappointed with the breakfast. It was a boxed meal containing a warmed up pressed egg sandwich with an oily croissant, plastic wrapped chocolate chip muffin and a no name fruited yogurt in a plastic container. We chose to eat breakfast at a restaurant the following morning. I would have expected a much better breakfast experience from an establishment like the Priory."

"Room was very clean and spacious, had a personal welcome message on TV. We got the King Suite, 3rd floor. Plenty of parking, amenities available are gym, pool goes inside and outside, restaurant, bar, laundry room. They also have businesses in there as well."

"This was quite a nice surprise. We have stayed at a number of Wingates in various cities. This was by far the best of them. Nice comfortable bed. Spotless rooms, and a very good breakfast. Lots of variety. Shopping trip for my wife and I. Some pretty good deals to be had. A nice surprise was Costco was right around the corner."

"I asked for a receipt at check out and was told they couldn't give me one because I booked through Expedia. I'm still waiting. I need it to file a travel claim. And there is no way to contact Expedia without giving them information to sell so I get endless spam texts, emails and phone calls."

Water would not stop running, called staff and they couldn’t fix it so they just turned the water off to the faucet and was told to use the water out of the tub to wash hands. AC did not work. Hotel seemed to be rundown. No microwave or no mini fridge in the room. Highly do not recommend."
