"The family suite/handicap accessible was dirty. The sofa bed didn’t look clean and the mattress was only coils. No padding. There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf in shower. There were dead bugs on the window sill. The one bed was clean so the two of us shared that."

"I traveled with a dog, so the hotel worked well at a good price. The carpet was old and stained, so that didn’t look so nice, but the place was otherwise clean. Stairwells smell musty and elevators buzz too much but they worked just fine. Hallways were too warm (summer time), but ac kept the room nice and cool. "The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice.
