"The family suite/handicap accessible was dirty. The sofa bed didn’t look clean and the mattress was only coils. No padding. There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf in shower. There were dead bugs on the window sill. The one bed was clean so the two of us shared that."

"On arrival on the May 30/we we were asked what day we would like our room cleaned. So I told her that June 1 St would work for us. We went out and came back at 4pm and our room was not cleaned . No one showed up for the rest of the evening . So why bother asking when we want our room cleaned? Next day for breakfast I noticed all the bananas were extremely soft and rotten inside. I asked the kitchen staff if I could have some decent bananas and showed her the rotten ones. She goes oh I did not...

"Check-in was challenging as the there was a difficult guest for front single staff however the single staff was low on energy to begin with. Rooms are very good looking and clean , bed is not comfortable and creeks as the mattress is sitting on a frame not a solid bed frame, no phones in the room to connect to front desk, use your cell phones, WiFi speed is acceptable , TV’s in the room don’t have any channel line up and no blow dryers in the room, modern rooms with primitive mind set. "Very comfortable and generally quiet so it is easy to rest and catch up on sleep. In house cafe with limited hours and a fair amount of options. Quick pick up and drop off at airport. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...

"My room was hot I went down to ask front desk and they gave me a portable fan. Main lobby felt very comfortable and my room was hot. I asked if someone could come by later to check the ac. Response was yes but no one came by."
