"Buyer beware! First time in Galveston and made a rookie mistake! This property is has a zero cancelation policy for a reason, We check in and out within an hour and still had to pay for two nights! To my understanding it so common other properties are used to this issue! It looks better online then the real thing appears! There is nothing grand about this property but the prices and the misleading perception! Save yourself the time, money and headache and book somewhere else!!!"

"The location of the facility was great! However, the outside was dirty and run down especially for the price. Also, I called the front desk to let them know we would be gone all day but, we needed some clean towels and asked if someone could drop them off. I was told no. We stayed 2 days and only has enough for 1 day. The room had a weird smell when we first arrived. I mean it was an alright place but, definitely not worth the amount we paid."

"Description on property was not accurate. It had 1 and 1/2 bath. No TVs in room. Or radio . Pans were hard to cook on. Leaking in bedroom floors from restrrom. Only 1 usb on 1 lamp and not enough light in rooms. Also, no privacy in bedrooms since you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the other bedroom so if you are with another couple, it was hard to go to kitchen or take a shower withthe other couple still asleep or changing. Also, only 1 queen size bed. The other bed is a full size that...
