"Staff was very courteous, Laura at the reception desk and Jose (Josefa) in the breakfast area. We had poor internet reception in our suite and Laura contacted the phone company hoping to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after our 3 day stay."

"A sold 8/10, good size rooms, mine was a roof room, I could imagine this would get very warm during the summer months, the bed and bedding were excellent, the room was a little tired, the velux blinds frayed around the edges, as a result they let light in.
