O Hotel não é ruim porem existe opções bem melhores na cidade, com o mesmo valor, me arrependi de ter ficado neste hotel, pois não me deram nenhuma hora extra de cortesia no checkout, e que cobraria 30$ por hora, a academia não funciona e no café da manhã acabou o pão, duas horas antes de finalizar o cafe, falei com a atendente e a mesma disse que acabou..., e o hotel é barulhento, e tinha espelho quebrado no quarto, o mesmo poderia provocar um acidente, não me hospedo mais....faltou um pouco de cortesia e cordialidade por falta de alguns funcionarios.

A recepção e o check in foram excelentes, mas o hotel estava lotado e os hóspedes fizeram muito barulho nos corredores. O ar condicionado do apto 223 não funcionou bem. Para piorar um hóspede sem educação saiu gritando as 05 horas da manhã pelos corredores do hotel procurando por outro hóspede que havia deixado o carro obstruindo sua saída,

Tranquilidade!

Fiquei apenas um dia para conhecer Ubatuba. Gostei muito do hotel, limpo, ótimo atendimento, café da manhã excelente. Fica em um local tranquilo, não sei dizer se muito longe do centro, mas para quem está em férias é perfeito.

Recomendo este hotel

Hotel com boa qualidade, principalmente no atendimento e limpeza, quarto com camas confortáveis e bom café da manhã com várias opções de bolos e outros. Localização não tão boa, bem na entrada da cidade, fica um pouco distante dos pontos centrais, com deslocamento maior, nada que um gps não resolva. Para o parque de exposição até que está fácil o acesso.

Excelente hotel

Excelente hotel. Funcionários muito educados e simpáticos. Quartos a prova de som e extremamente limpos. Solicitamos 2 quartos próximos e eles providenciaram. Camas grandes e bem confortáveis. Excelente café da manhã, com uma grande variedade de bolos e frutas. Tem um restaurante no hotel cuja a comida é ótima. O local pode não agradar a todos por estar longe do centro, da rodoviária e do shopping, mas isso não foi um problema para nós, até mesmo porque Uber e 99 na cidade é bem barato. Aceitam animais de estimação. Com estacionamento coberto.

Agrada e encanta

Quarto amplo e muito confortável, com roupas de cama e banho novas, limpeza impecável e ótima ducha, acomoda tranquilamente 4 pessoas. Os colchões também são muito bons. O café da manhã tem boas opções de frutas, pães, bolos e bebidas. O bolo de banana estava uma delícia. A recepção foi ótima também, inclusive, ao perceber que estávamos cansados, a atendente nos colocou em uma quarto mais silencioso. Achei muito interessante a sensibilidade e a iniciativa dela. Se tornou minha referência nas viagens a São Paulo.

Boas condições

O período que ficamos no Hotel corresponde a alta temporada em Uberaba. Dá para imaginar os preços. No mais é um hotel padrão comercial que entrega o que promete. Quarto de bom tamanho, boa higiene e limpeza, farto café da manhã. É próximo a BR e há alguns transeuntes indesejáveis na redondeza.

Hotel mal localizado. Não há nada por perto. A rua é movimentada e barulhenta. O quarto é bom. O café da manhã também. A cidade só tem um voo que chega às 09h30. O check in é após 14h30. Muito desconfortável ficar esperando a liberação do quarto por horas. O atendimento na recepção é correto. Não voltaria.
