Hotel estava lotado, tinha três elevadores e somente um funcionando. Hóspedes tinham que utilizar escadas (hotel tem 10 andares), um caos! Quarto sujo e banheiro com vazamento no vaso sanitário. Desse vez , minha experiência não foi boa.

Several of the window latches were broken. Therefore, the windows do not close properly, and the noise from the streets enters the room. I was moved to a new room, and again, the latches were broken. Also in the corridor (I took several videos and photos). I have more pictures of the room's details. Budget does not mean lack of maintenance. Very disappointed.

Um pouco decepcionado

Em 2013 havia ficado no Ibis Budget em Vitória onde tive boa experiência. Porém, em Uberlândia, houve várias questões sérias. O quarto era muito pequeno. A limpeza deixou de passar vários dias. A troca de toalhas, insuficiente. Além disso, o pessoal da recepcão estava visivelmente sobrecarregado, com apenas um funcionário por turno.
