"I travel a lot around the world, and this has been the hotel with the most courteous staff and best service E-V-E-R.
They really go above and beyond, I booked a tour from the lobby and Putra took me to the water temple, he even brought me an offering (incense, flowers and fruits) from his home because he knew the shops at the temple would be close at my arrival, the people in this hotel made my experience unforgettable."

"Beautiful hotel and location. The staff was great an attentive. Breakfast was included which is great but I personally didn’t love the food options. However the dinner menu was great and food was delicious loved the live music as well.
The rooms are beautiful and the hotel grounds are great. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
Also very convinient to monkey forest, temples, waterfalls and rice fields. Loved outstanding in UBud. "

"スタッフの方たちは親切でした。チェックイン時に早く到着してしまったのですが、部屋の準備ができていたため、通してもらえました。
また、フロントにてウェルカムドリンクと美味しいケーキを頂きました。サプライズで嬉しいおもてなしでした。
部屋は清潔でとても機能的。
プールは小さく特に遊ぶものはありませんが、涼む程度でしたら十分です。途中でかなり深くなります。プール用のタオルはプールサイドに置いてあるので申告せずとも使用可能です。
朝食は２泊してまったく同じというわけではなく少し変化がありました。美味しくて冷房の効いた綺麗な部屋でいただけました。ハエがぶんぶんと飛んでこないのでストレスなく過ごせました。
廊下にはウォーターサーバーが設置してあり、自由にいただけるのは大変ありがたかったです。バリ島での宿泊は水の調達が必須なのでこの便利さに感激しました。
ホテル内はロビーから部屋までそれほど遠くなく、エレベーター、廊下なども美しく保たれており、虫が出ないので大変過ごしやすかったです。次回、ウブドに宿泊するときは是非またこのホテルに泊まりたいです。"
