"Quite ok-ok… location wasn’t good….. overall not very comfortable … "

"Everything was fine at the hotel the presidential suite was great. The staff also was very nice but please dont forget to take cash as i was having issue paying with my international card."

"Very basic 2/3 star hotel, with limited restoration to the historic architecture of the hotel. No TV/cable in rooms, frequent power outages, and it's located some distance from Mandawa. There are significantly better properties in Mandawa, where I wish I had stayed. I would not stay here again. "

"- Great and quick service by the staff - Great Location and peaceful environment - Great Breakfast"

"Fantastic place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. It is a fully renovated old Haveli, that have been thoughtfully restored ... an aestetic gem."

"An absolutely beautiful antique hotel. Amazing!"

"Overall the stay was not good as we had some issues with staff response. It looked like enough attention was not paid to guests, in terms of preparation of dinner (which took over 2 hours) and only one option in breakfast (parantha n curd). Also there are issues with electricity and we were left alone in the haveli. The staff and owner did not even care to turn the power backup on. They didn’t even thought of guests experiencing inconvenienece. Also they were not even courteous to apologize to...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Khatu Shyam Ji. Although it’s around 3–4 km from the temple, the peaceful location and overall experience made it completely worth it. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. Hygiene standards were excellent throughout the property, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was professional, and incredibly prompt with every request. Their quick service and willingness to help...

"Excellent Food: Customers have highly praised the quality of the food (vegetarian options are also available) and the promptness of the restaurant service, with no delays in orders. Great Service and Staff: The behavior of the staff has been described as very good and helpful, making guests feel "at home." Cleanliness and Comfort: The rooms are mentioned as being clean, tidy, and comfortable. Convenient Location: The hotel is centrally located in Khatushyamji, making sightseeing and travel easy."

"Location is 1.5 KM away from khatu shyam temple."

"Room was good for the price. Mostly local tourists. The workers should act more professionally if they want to attract international guests and not knock on guests doors and ask them repetitively if you can take them to Australia to work and getting different translaters when you don't like the answer."
