"Used as an overnight stay from a late arrival flight into Udon. Unfortunately for us our flight was so late we didn’t actually get to the hotel until 4 am. The hotel receptionist was really helpful and sympathetic and extended our check out time by 2hrs which was a nice touch. Been a few years since I’ve stayed here and it was good to see things have improved a lot. The hotel was clean, great location and its excellent value. We didn’t on this occasion use any of the amenities."
"This hotel is a must use in Udon Thani. The staff are amazing the rooms are very clean, don’t be fooled by its surroundings, De Princess is a diamond in the rough and a very quick and easy Grab to Central Udon. I highly recommend staying here"
"There is tile everywhere so it is quite noisy. There is a young child related to the staff that is there every night and she yells. The sound travels up to the 4th floor. She yells too often and in the evening. You can hear people walk by your door and talk. Not a restful place if you want to sleep."
