"This hotel is a must use in Udon Thani. The staff are amazing the rooms are very clean, don’t be fooled by its surroundings, De Princess is a diamond in the rough and a very quick and easy Grab to Central Udon. I highly recommend staying here"

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and spoke English. The room was about 50/50 on room noise.
Cons: The Internet was very poor. We were in the middle of the 3rd floor and could not get a decent signal that would last more than a few minutes. Breakfast…my wife said the Thai dishes were really good. There were eggs and toast but no other Western dishes. We were told there was a restaurant but it was closed for Saturday and Sunday but the Bar was...
"Great staff…clean rooms, just a recommendation put a small bench in smoking area. Give people a sitting area every other hotel has one. Good hotel other than the smoking area. "
"There is tile everywhere so it is quite noisy. There is a young child related to the staff that is there every night and she yells. The sound travels up to the 4th floor. She yells too often and in the evening. You can hear people walk by your door and talk. Not a restful place if you want to sleep."
