"We had booked 2 rooms for 5days and paid the entire amount during check in. During night one, my dad acquired severe dust allergy and ended up coughing and lung congestion. We informed the owner that we will be checking out on emergency basis as my father is sick. Since we had booked through hotels.com the owner promised to connect with them and provide us with our refund since it is an emergency. We had paid 26460, they withheld 10000 as commision to hotels.com and charged 2 days room rent and...
