We dropped our bags, grabbed a very helpful train station paper in the lobby, walked about 5 minutes to the train station and we were touring Zurich about 15 minutes later."

"They took advantage of my illness and acted inhumanely. On the day of arrival at the hotel, I had food poisoning and vomited in the bathroom. At checkout, they charged me €900 for cleaning the bathroom. It was horrific and inhumane – even though the room was cleaned and we stayed there for a whole week, they claimed they would have to close it in order to clean it. Liars, exploiters, and inhumane."
