"The apartment is big, clean and walking distance to downtown. It has a very good kitchen and a terrace quite big. The supermarket is just around the corner, so if you stay for a couple of days you can cook and feel yourself at home. The owner (or employee) is very nice. The only problem (which is not a big problem) is that the building is hard to find and it has nothing to recognize it, I guess because it's an apartment building and not all of the apartments belong to Galaxy's suites. "Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key."

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...

"Everything was well kept. Great staff. But the pool table had broken pool table sticks. We loved playing pool and the game room tv did not work. It was a little in disarray. "
