"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere. "Apartment was high end which was what I was expecting when I booked. Added advantage was parking as this was included but you can walk to beach within 6 mins and a couple of bars and restaurants around apartment which again is all walkable but as apartment was self catering they did have a small supermarket 8 min walk away. I would stay here again as host was excellent and it was a good base to visit the surrounding areas."
