"The check-in process was bad as we have to wait in line for almost 40 minutes. There was not enough staff (only three at the front desk) and there was a big group that arrived right before we did. The staff tried to make it up by offering a beverage to us waiting in line. The hotel's facilities are okay for the price point. It is a bit far from Amsterdam's centers so not as convenient as we would've preferred but it was the best option for us booking so close to our arrival date. There is a...
