"We had booked a cozy room but I didnt realise it meant you couldn't get out of either side of the bed and had to shuffle to the bottom to get out. I have a heart condition so paid to upgrade. It wouldn't be an issue for most but I think should be clearer so people with health or mobility can decide. "Staff members very rude, they’ll mutter under their breath at you if you ask anything of them. We didn’t have a fridge in our room and politely requested one as we were there to run the marathon and needed a fridge.
2 days of asking no fridge each day the new members of staff had no idea about the fridge request. It seems very disjointed no one passes over any info. Have to keep explaining everyday about the same request.
When we did speak to staff behind the counter one man was extremely...

"Enjoyed my 4 nights here.
Beautiful boutique hotel and amazing breakfast.
Wish I had upgraded to larger room as standard rooms are quite cosy.
My only complaint was that gluten free croissants had run out so didn’t get to experience this.
Water was also not complimentary in room which was a shame but you could fill up your water bottle at breakfast."
