"Kein Klima , kein Fernseher wie im Angebot vorgesehen, die Klimatisierten Zimmer waren verschimmelt. Deswegen habe ich notgedrungen ein Zimmer mit Ventilatororen nehmen müssen. Personal ist hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Sind im Moment am renovieren."

"The lush greenery around the property is appealing. However, there was confusion over the reservation, which took a while to sort out. Gaining access to the room, we discovered there were no towels. It took us three calls to reception and an hour and a half wait before receiving the towels."
