"We chose this inn because of its high rating and location and the fact that it had parking when so many places didn’t. The views are incredible, the staff is great, and the food was so tasty. What a quaint dining room and pub. Lots of locals too! A comfortable place to be! The room was a little warm at night as there is no AC and the fan barely put out any air. But it was a big room with lots of space. We loved our stay there. "

"Ok, so i had issues checking in but things go wrong and the staff were absolutely amazing. Issues sorted, kept informed, apologised profusely and kept me amused in the bar. Superb service. There is an outside staircase, little rickety but safe and leads to a roof terrace which is lovely. The room was clean, fresh, probably the most comfortable stay i've had in a long time. No noise from the pub but ill know more next week, yes im booking again. Thanks guys!"

"Everything was excellent, only issue was there was a private function on and we were informed the bar would be closed to us after 9pm on the second night! First time ever this has happened and we have stayed in multiple hotels! Guests in the hotel shouldn’t be refused access to the bar at all. "

"Outstanding pub! Well appointed rooms, tasteful and charming decor. We stayed here while walking the Cotswold Way. We had lunch in town before checking in and chatted with locals in the area. Each time we said we had reservations at The Crown the response would be ‘oh, great pub!’, or ‘delicious food’, or ‘oh, that’s a proper pub’. The Crown lived up to it all! "A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated.
