"Informed hotel it was my 60th they completely ignored this a happy birthday would have been nice - concierge was embarrassed as we checked out!! - bath panel falling to bits and bathroom dated hotel sign falling to bits - breakfast made me unwell feel disappointed"

"The hotel is beautifully presented. Staff are helpful and attentive. Breakfast is fantastic. Room was very comfortable. The spa was very dark is the only negative. It was a lovely stay."
