"If you are drawn to this hotel by seeing it on People of the North, then prepare to be disappointed. The location is lovely and the rooms are large, and of course the view of the fjord is stellar, but there are several areas for disappointment. "Excellent value! Great Views, wonderful restaurant! Convenient walk to the coffee/bakery /food trucks/water. I was in off season so it was super quiet and peaceful. It was a very easy stay I would recommend."

"Quaint and very cozy setting, you couldn't ask for a better location for Flam. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were traveling with our 3 and 1 year old. They held our luggage at the front desk with no trouble and the included breakfast was very extensive."

"We were fortunate that there were not many people there when we arrived and the room were comfortable, clean, and easy to find. The porch on the front was lovely to sit and look at the waterfalls (i counted at least 10) visible in the Fjord."
