The place is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views Well furnished and has AC in each room and the lounge. Kitchen has most amenities you will need. There's a parking garage in the shade for your car and in case you didn't want to swim in the beach, there's a pool on the fifth floor. Cleaning is done daily for an hour except sundays and beach towels were provided. Definitely will come back when I'm visiting Durban

Thus is a very old property which provides a no frills African experience. Right dowtown in Butterworth which is a very noisy, congested area. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms un airconditioned. Some without a fan. Great dinner served for 159zar. 2 stars is being generous

Spacious flat with excellent sea views

Really fantastic flat, in a well maintained block. Would gladly return to use again. Family enjoyed their stay and the proximity to the beach. Umhlanga is one of our favourite destinations in South AfrUCA
