In practice cleaners would be overbooked and would not always turn up. The spa and pool was completely overcrowded in the weekends as the hotel does not seem to control how many guests they let in. "Excellent access to the slopes, board/ski storage and the best sauna I've ever experienced. The room was of good quality but small for 3 people, cramped so be wary if you are booking this option with a bed sofa like in our case. The TV was really old and awkwardly positioned beside the bed, banged off it a few times getting in and out of bed.
