"desk attendant not at all friendly acted as if our presence was bothersome. Call button on exterior wall of second floor elevator was broken, all the time we were there (3 days). First room they put us in had leaking bathroom sink, got moved to 2nd room. That room had no leaks we could detect. We did not partake of morning breakfasts, they looked like every other hotel breakfast, not very appetizing. Even though we repeatedly asked, both mornings we woke up there, we did not get towel service and trash cans emptied"

"Accepts Pets but not Pet friendly. Travel the country with my 2 dogs. Usually check pet fees and what not but failed this time. Ended up paying more for my dogs then myself "

"Parking was full and the tenant receptionist understood my concerns about parking and allowed me to park next to my husband."

"The reason to stay here besides proximity to the park is the staff. Make sure you check out the care put into those plants."

"Nice property in the St. Louis area! Very clean and luxurious feel to it. Very safe area as it is up in the mountains and away from the city, police department is even next door. Everything is in walking distance. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, a couch, nice chair with foot stool, desk with computer chair, fridge and small microwave. The continental breakfast even had Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. We were only there one night so we didn't get to enjoy any of the onsite amenities. It is rated as a destination and venue for weddings, etc."

"We chose this place for location near the train station. The room was clean but is more of a “motel 6” vibe and comfortable level. Mattress was fine but bedding was uncomfortable. No staff just self check in and out. We were riding the Katy Trail and there was outdoor bike racks that were convenient. Area and restaurants next to the train station were fun. "

" Due to it being Mother’s Day and being booked. I emendedup spending $74 on breakfast for my family, which was supposed to be covered in the cost of the room. Very disappointed."
