"Desk clerk was fantastic. Room was terrible. Nasty stains on bedsheets and mattress…left immediately after discovering. Requested complete refund and desk clerk contacted manager for approval and granted full refund. "

"Room was not too bad for the price. There was some kind of dead bug on one bed when I pulled back the sheets. They only gave minimum towels. Older and a bit run down but in all not terrible and okay for the price compared with much more expensive hotels in the area. "

"I loved everything about this place and hope to return. I did not have breakfast here, bc that's not an important ammenity for me. But every other thing i want in a hotel is here. Clean, dark windows, quiet, great layout, smelled good, great staff, great shower, amazing bed wth perfect pillows. Little bar for a night cap. Well lit large free parking lot. Fitness area. Fluffy towels. Late check out. Perfect. Thank you for the excellent service. "

"We arrived two hours past check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were told 10-15 more minutes so we left to get dinner. An hour later we came back and were told 10-15 minutes more. We had an event we had to leave for so we were not able to get in our room or drop off our luggage before leaving for the event, which was the point of stopping at the hotel first. "Air conditioner was broken in the first two rooms I tried. The building is really run-down. Stains on all the walls, elevator button plates falling off the wall, shower curtain missing connections, caulking around the tub was split. It just seemed like a dirty location. I won’t stay there again."

"The floor in the room I had was not at all flat. It was all slanted and they have part of the bed propped up on a 4x4 piece of wood to make it more even. There were huge lumps in the ground all over the room even in the bathroom and the shower. The lobby had very dirty floors as well"
