"B careful w hold on ur card. It's policy to present one so any "incidentals" can b charged if u broke or stole anything. Never in 20 years have I bn charged by Hilton/Hampton, but this location did! It was not a hold-it actually was a charge that cleared my bank! I immediately called the bank to investigate & stop the charge that was suppose to b a hold. Also, don't get an even room on 1st floor bc the parking lot to close to building so u hear every single vehicle in/out all nite & morning....

"The whole building is under renovation, to the point that I think they shouldnt be open at all. There was mold in the shower, the walls were a bit dirty by the door area, the mirror on the bathroom door had a broken frame. Not to mention most of the bottom floor had boxes and construction stuff filling it, along with the tile around the reception desk not being finished. Breakfast was lackluster which just added to the feeling of discomfort being there. If you're thinking of staying here, please...

"Everything was great "

"I was able to get into my room early which was extremely helpful considering if I wasn’t I would probably be a target—solo traveler with a suitcase and bag. This hotel was beautiful and the most intelligent as far as amenities. Everything was where it should be and I kept getting pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I needed right where I hoped it would be—stocked kitchen with soap and a sponge. So convenient!! Best location considering how much stuff to do there is around. Will be coming...

"Did not have a microwave in room. Had a sliding door that very difficult to slide. Told them about it and they were supposed to send someone. Never happened I was there two more days. Towels had hair in them that were not mine."

"The parking lot was not well lite at night. Entrance of parking lot was a huge pot hole. Room was clean."
