"The mezzanine apartment concept is cool but is very small and on a hot day it gets super hot . No air conditioning and only a small window to the internal patio. Not enough ventilation. The worst point is the bathroom, is the smallest I've ever used, you barely can move around and the shower will leak water all over cause there is jot enoguht space. "Overall the place was in a good site, it was clean and the people (host and staff) were super nice and willing to help. The only issues were, that the bath room was not as pictured and was very small (very). Also could do with some either ceiling fan or more windows to open or air con, as it was extremely hot (and understand there was a heat wave)"

"Apartment doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Place was clean and good space. Run down on outside and corridor. Pls be aware that apartment has one portable aircon and not central. I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. When I requested a portable fan for the bedroom as it was really hot, I was told they would bring one the next day as it was late when I arrived. But the fan never came even when I asked again. "The apartments are very central which is great. You have to collect the key from another location up round the corner which isn’t ideal. The apartment was nice, bright & well equipped. The only downside was the bathroom reeked of damp, we think it was the bath mat but it filled the whole room with a very strong damp smell. Overall though we would stay here again, just hopefully they’d have a different bathmat which doesn’t smell."

"Do not stay at this hotel/ student accommodation. Overpriced . Small rooms Small beds . The description of rooms is not accurate . The " climate controlled " description is not accurate , no a/c in rooms . We booked for two nights and stayed for 1 . No sleep 35 c in the room . Only thing positive i can say is the location."

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. "Wonderful stay, the shepherds hut was lovely and had everything you needed. Staff were lovely and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our night away and will return in the autumn for a longer stay. Thank you"

"We stayed here on the night of the BTS concert in Tottenham stadium and the location was perfect. Easy to get to and from stadium and good size for up to 6 adults. Property very clean and well equipped. Only downside was the heat but there is an aircon in the living room and they have supplied 2 fans for the bedrooms."
