Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. "The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob."
