"Room had nothing to use to cook or eat with a toaster and a coffee pot (no coffee though) had to ask for more tp & kleenex brought the tp so had to ask again for kleenex soap in shower went empty my last day there they should check / fill more often never seems to be anybody at the front desk had to yell for them when you needed something was very clean and quiet would probably stay again"

"We were early so it took forever to check in. We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room.
The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests."

"We were told at check-in because we were staying 5 nights it was mandatory daily cleaning. If we did not want/need our room cleaned to put out do not disturb sign. We never had the do not disturb sign out but had to ask for supplies such as towels, kleenex, TP every day. Our room was never “cleaned” sheets never changed or beds made. We had to ask for garbage to be removed. Bathroom had dirty gross tile, corners were filthy. Breakfast was Sub Par. I went off previous reviews when booking this...

"The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. " I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at.

"When we arrived bathrooom was not cleaned and smelled like urine...Called front desk said they would get someone to clean it and give us a 50% room discount. Had to call three times to get someone to clean the room. It was eventually cleaned. Pool was freezing cold and hoy tub did not work. Was told it would be repaired...Never was repaired. Called expedia twice as directed to get refund...Hotel now declined to refund us..Very poor management at this Hotel...will never stay here...

"The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! "

"The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants.
The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! "
