"I had a great stay. It was a nice boutique experience. The staff were incredibly kind, and I received a room upgrade upon arrival. There were some snack and drink options in the mini bar. The tv was able to stream Netflix, however, the other apps wouldn’t work. Although there was construction going on, the street that the hotel is on seemed pretty chill, while being just one block from esplanadi. Soundproofing seemed good, or I just got lucky with quiet neighbors. My only complaint is that they...

"Good location, not far from the train station and trams. Supermarkets nearby and shopping centres close. Easy walking distance to Market Square and Senate Square. The bedroom in the apartment was quite small. Not a lot of space between the bed and the wall. The bathroom was also small. The sitting area and kitchen were a good size. No storage area for clothing other than hanging space. Very quiet street, no noise from outside."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located hotel. It was very comforting and helpful to have the WhatsApp communication throughout our stay. The room was clean and compact, everything we needed was available to us. Apart from the room being slightly too warm (perhaps we couldn’t figure out the HVAC system) everything was in great condition. The price point was excellent and it was perfect for a weekend stay. Highly recommend for a few nights in Helsinki."

"The “City View” looks out into a building. You can’t see the city at all. No soap in shower had to request it. Night staff Christian was rude. Everyone else was nice. No upgrade or any accommodation offered when I asked about the lack of city view which I paid for. The beds were nice but everything else seemed very budget which was a surprise considering the price of the room"
