"Room and towels were dirty. Cockroach and hair in shower when I arrived. Facilities run down and there were issues with the reservation. The manager was able to troubleshoot and was helpful."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. My issue was that the rooms cleanliness and maintenance wasn’t the best. I was attending a wedding and I used the iron in the room on my white shirt. As I was using the iron I realized the iron was dirty with some sort of dark sticky residue that left spots on my brand new dress shirt. Floors and walls were also dirty as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped for a while. Sink was also in bad condition. Hard to explain but I took pictures. I would’ve gotten over all...

"We booked the property to use a pool and hot tub. Both features were unavailable and this was never listed on the website or mentioned anywhere. I asked about them and was told they are not workable."

I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV.
