"The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. My issue was checking in and out. The computer was running very slow at check in, however the lady was very sweet and personable. When I was checking out there was no one around. I had to push the call button twice. I was there at least 10 minutes.The gentleman that came out of the backroom looked surprised to see me. I said oh is the call button not working. He said it's working. No apologies or explanation."
