We called the front desk, and they were only able to provide a sheet—no blanket or pillows were available. We ended up having to use towels as makeshift pillows. "Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"The property was terrible. My child was supposed to have a birthday party with a few people and they said at the last minute that no guests were allowed and the power went out and when we checked out they didn’t even give us a refund for the room. The service was TERRIBLE!"

TV remote had no batteries, second remote had different size batteries. Stairwell carpeting was super nasty. Otherwise it was a bed for the night."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The bath towels were visibly dirty, with large stains on them, and the second towel was in even worse condition. The bed sheets were no longer white but gray from age and repeated use, and the comforters had numerous cigarette burn holes, even though the room was designated as non-smoking. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the faucet was covered with grime...
