"We stayed at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North from May 23–26, 2026. The hotel itself is beautiful, but several issues made the experience disappointing. Customer service at the front desk was very inconsistent. One employee was genuinely kind and helpful, but most others seemed uninterested or annoyed when helping guests. We called ahead multiple times to verify that we could purchase breakfast for one day even without the breakfast package, and we were told yes each time. But when we went...

"I booked this hotel through Expedia because I wanted to give my granddaughter a fun little overnight getaway, and the property was extremely disappointing. The pool area was filthy, with hair visible on the pool walls and surrounding areas. The hot tub was cold and apparently not working, yet there was no notice posted.
