"The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

"Room no hot water don’t expect any. No dead bolts on the doors. Room for two adult twin one blanket you can get another for 10 dollars like a sheet. No restaurant facilities no amenities in room. Curtains don’t cover the windows so the people on next floor can watch you in the bathroom so did not take a shower for two days. "

"I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The dining and living room furniture is uncomfortable. The balcony is unusable due to the air conditioning unit being placed on the balcony. The overall space was smaller then anticipated from the photos (I don't think all of the photos were of this unit). We had to supply our own bath tissue, paper towels, dish detergent,laundry detergent..."

"The property is well located in central Quezon city. Just below the hotel is a shopping center, 3 minutes walk to MRT station. Amenities are excellent with good size swimming pool, fast internet. Excellent local and international TV channels, with Netflix and Youtube. Breakfast is great with a lot of choices, local and continental. Staff are very helpful and courteous, serves with a smile - consistent to a well known Filipino virtue of being hospitable."

"During my first day’s stay at the Seda Hotel, my experience was unfortunately unpleasant. Upon entering the room, there was already an unpleasant odor. I initially tried to ignore it, hoping it would eventually dissipate. That evening, I went out for a massage, thinking the smell might improve by the time I returned. However, when I came back, I felt very thirsty and drank the water provided on the counter. As I opened the refrigerator cabinet, I was shocked to find a small cockroach inside....
